Running Accomplishments:

                       ( Snow Canyon) 2:02:47

10 K (Enterprise) 1:03

12 K (Hurricane Peach Days) 1:22

Marathon (St. George) 4:32

Painters 5K 36:35

Hurricane Half (2008) 2:02:25

Short-Term Running Goals:

I have a half coming up in august in Provo that I talked my wife into trying, and I just started training again for the St George marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Of course I would some day love to qualify for Boston.

Personal:

When I started running, which was back in Feb. of 2007, I weighed 110 lbs. more than I do now.  Although I do not run as fast as I would like, I feel like as long as I continue to progress, I can make it to my goals. I have found that running has been essential to keeping the weight off for me.  When I start to take it easy after a race is over, that is when the pounds can creep back on!

First 10 K since I started running again in Jan ( with the training group from the running club in St George), and it is my new PR!!  I could hardly pick it up at the end, but I finished strong.  Feels good to be running again!

Great job. Way to get that PR!
