Hurricane Half (2008) 2:02:25 Short-Term Running Goals: I have a half coming up in august in Provo that I talked my wife into trying, and I just started training again for the St George marathon. Long-Term Running Goals: Of course I would some day love to qualify for Boston. Personal: When I started running, which was back in Feb. of 2007, I weighed 110 lbs. more than I do now. Although I do not run as fast as I would like, I feel like as long as I continue to progress, I can make it to my goals. I have found that running has been essential to keeping the weight off for me.
